General Information

1. All of the goods on website we offer only high quality only to you with box, card, etc..
2. All of the shoes on website are brand new in their original packing unless otherwise noted.
3. You will recieve a order conformation after we recieve your payment to your email. We can provide a tracking number to you after 1 days, due to packages not being able to be tracked until they arrive to the USA. The tracking number will be sent to your email.
4. All shoes run true to size. You can order women size from us size 5.5-7.5(euro size 36-41) and men size from us size 8-13(euro size 41 to 47) including half sizes.
5. ALL GOODS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ANYTHING IS SHIPPED!

Return/Exchange

1. We only offer store credits on shoes that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you.
2. Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are: I don't want the shoes anymore, I ordered the wrong size or color, colors of shoes are darker or lighter thanpictured,shoes do not fit.
3. Acceptable Reasons for exchange: Wrong shoes or size sent, factory defect on shoes,mistake on website's part.
4. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us! NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you credit and an exchange.

Shipping & Delivery

1. All Shoes are shipped from China. The shipping carrier we use depends on where you are located.
2. You will recieve a tracking number from us after 1-2 days in which you can go to the shipping carriers site and track the package(s)
3. All packages must be signed for. If no one at home to recieve your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
4. We DOES NOT offer COD.
